I like the theme explanation lol. The controls were a little bit too clunky for me, at least full screen and hiding the cursor might have helped but it. Though I think the idea is really fun(ny). Good job, especially if part of the team has never worked in this engine before!

Gremlin Golf's itch.io pageJudge feedback
Judge feedback is anonymous.
- The general idea of the game is quite good and has a lot of potential, however, the submitted game has, in my honest opinion, too many bugs: First, while the main menu does have sound control options, there's no sound in the game at all (tested on chrome and firefox). Second, the controls themselves seemed too funky to me, coupled with the free moving camera, it made controlling the gremball very daunting. Thirdly, I found the golf-mans presence questionable, is it there just to launch the ball? And Forthly, the game would freeze for a second each time the gremball hit an object. It is very clear that the developers poured in a lot of love into making the game, the idea of the game hit the theme perfectly, but there were too many bugs to my likings to pass the MVP test. GDD fulfilled all the requirements and was well organized which is always nice to see.

Have you checked that your GDD is publicly accessible ?
Yep, It's so public there were like 6 people logged in looking at it before we posted the link! (It's probably google being confused when we refreshed the page)
Is your game set to public on itch.io so we can see it?
Yep
Summarise your game!
You are a gremlin, in a golf ball, trying to hit as much stuff as you can.
WASD to move, Shift is brake, Space is launch/jump.
Please explain how your game fits the theme:
According to a 20 second google search, roughly 40,000 people report golf ball related injuries every year. At least 1 of those has to be intenional. You are the golf ball. You are the weapon
Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
2 of our team members have never used Godot and the last one only did VR and shader work in it.
