- GDD: The document seems good! I enjoyed the development summary, the doc is very laser-focused on sections, which are good. Glad to see images being used in the document. But i think it could be improved with gifs or expand deeper on the mechanics, so it gives the reader more understanding of how it works. Perhaps a detailed explaination of auto-battle and how it can be expand for future features / concepts. Game: Glad to see an main menu and it is animated, which is very good for having user waiting in the screen. (80% of users always waits in the main menu, so they can modified audio or update the settings.) I think the setting icon could be a little bigger and perhaps having some text, so it is clear to new players what it is for. (not many player are aware of gear symbol being used for setting!) The game itself is nice, but I think the UI could use some improvement to communicated better to players. Sometimes I spots text that is too big for its buttons, which gives it a impression of visual bug, when it arent. I think the game is perfect for roguelike. If one could have permanent upgrades on each runs as different weapons, that would be great and fun to play! Imagine the crazy combinations that could carry on from previous runs and makes it snowballing into bigger weapons and crazier enemies.

Summarise your game!
Weaponized is a short roguelite, autobattler focused primarily on replayability. Players will buy attachments for their weapon to enhance it's ability in battle. After each victory, the day count will increase, enemy difficulty will increase, and the player will be able to buy a new attachment. All art, coding, and background music was made by me. Sound effects come exclusively from Zapsplat.
Please explain how your game fits the theme:
I'm a solo dev with a wife and 2 kids. This is my first game jam and my time is extremely limited. Any and all feedback is incredibly appreciated. My goal is to get better in all regards and eventually release a game I thoroughly enjoy playing.
Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
Overall experience:
Note not all aspects of the game need to be discussed but rather your personal overall experience. What stood out the most for you? How did the game make you feel? etc. Thank you in advanced for your time, energy, and feedback :)
