- I wish there was more! The story was good and the design was simple, but sometimes that's all games need to bed. This is a call back for me to old DOS games. Hugo Stories, and story driven puzzles that tell a story. It's a very powerful story. How onto the feedback, it's always good to take times to test interactions with the environment, some spaces felt a bit miss places or to large. Mapping out spaces as you have is great but I got stuck behind beds, desks, and the fridge somehow! It was funny bugs that are always easy to explore and practice. The graphics were good, I liked the simpler style with the defined objects with interactions. Pixel art is always fun to use and use. Keep writing and keep practicing!

Have you checked that your GDD is publicly accessible ?
yes :o)
Is your game set to public on itch.io so we can see it?
yep! :)
Summarise your game!
an exploratory game in which you have a conversation with your mom
Please explain how your game fits the theme:
'you are the weapon' - Often times, when someone goes through a traumatic event, the subsequent grief will make them feel guilty for the situation that happened, as though they could have done something different to change the outcome. This is a method of coping and is inherent to the stages of grief. THE DAUGHTER feels guilty regarding her mother’s death, and feels that she could have stopped it had she been a better daughter, had she loved harder. She feels responsible for her death, and thus ‘the weapon.’

Nice concept! The GDD looks information-complete, but I would suggest spending some time on formatting if you can.
Prototype is playable, one possible note would be to prevent the music from restarting whenever you enter a new room.
