  • I really enjoyed playing as a Scythe that possessed the skeletons and had to use them to maneuver around the levels. I also enjoyed having to throw myself to make a few jumps over the lava. The music was a really nice touch and went really well with the art style and theme of the tomb. I always do enjoy having the ability to set my volume to the levels that don't make me feel like i'm blowing out an ear drum so thank you for adding that nice little touch to the UI at the start. Suggestions: - Have the Scythes movement speed be a tiny bit slower or have it build up to gain more movement speed. My first jump I missed because I didn't realize how fast I was actually moving and overjumped it straight into the lava. - Maybe have the ability to spend the souls on something like healing a skeleton's body or a special power like summoning a skeleton.

Have you checked that your GDD is publicly accessible ?
Yes

Is your game set to public on itch.io so we can see it?
Yes

Summarise your game!
2D platformer where you play as a scythe that can possess bone piles

Please explain how your game fits the theme:
The theme is "You Are The Weapon" so we took that literally and you play as a literal weapon who can use bodies as tools rather than other way around, to solve puzzles, fight enemies and to parkour around wall to wall

Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
We think the concepts are fun and somewhat unique even tho the game is short and only has one major level but we had intentions to have many more levels and enemies. We may continue developing this game after the jam ends :D

Completed the game with a few death per level. Really nice game, the puzzles aren't too hard. But the movement and combat are a bit uncomfortable.
