Gunther the Gun was a pleasant prototype of the mechanics necessary to continue development toward the completed game. I especially enjoyed the semi-random nature of movement introduced by Gunther's idling animation, versus the more standard point, shoot, adjust movement style of similar games. By relieving the player of choice in the exact set up of angles for travel, I felt Gunther the Gun enabled me to truly enjoy the ridiculousness of the scenario. After beginning the test mission and firing Gunther to exit the table, I was picked up by a robot which came through the door to meet me. After a few tests, it was determined that throwing Gunther would automatically reset the level (and my position in it) to the beginning. Thank you very much for your submission to Pirate Software Game Jam 16.
