Ok, this is pretty friggin awesome! It looks and feels incredible, and the music is really cool too.
If there's one thing I would suggest changing, it would be the timer. I feel like other mechanics would be better for putting pressure on the player that they can work around (enemies that track you, rising water, etc.) But given that this was made for a jam, the time constraint is totally understandable. I'm giving this top marks for sure!
Yes, you're right about the timer. Initially, I just wanted to make that enemies get you score, but it seemed a little boring and useless to me.
After this jam, I wanted to try to make a full-fledged game, but from the very beginning. I hope I can do this.The timer exerts some pressure and stimulates to kill enemies.

My arrow keys are broken, i can't play very well but it's really good. Make some updates so i can change the controls and i could possibly play.
It would be nice to have more options for the controls. "X" is a weird jump button.
