Clarification on royalty free music?

Hiya!

Loving the jam so far, love the theme, and as we're nearing the final 12h, I just wanted to clear up if using Royalty Free SFX and Music is in keeping with the rules?

It seems so. According to the rules

  •  Design and code must be original creations made exclusively for this jam. No prior work except basic support code, etc.
  • Built with any assets you have legal right to use. Must NOT contain adult or harmful content (keep it PC and PG).

Which does seem to imply that royalty free music (if credited properly) is OK, but I just wanna get explicit confirmation on that if possible.

Thanks, and good luck to everyone with the last stretch!

Yeah, you can use pre-existing assets (including music) but your design and code need to be original.

So, no worries using Royalty Free SFX and Music.
