I really like the game so far. The aesthetic, the characters, and the art is amazing. Also, the trigger warning at the beginning is highly appreciated.

I love the concept. Poor starving bozo accidentally killing someone that was basically love at first sight for them when meanwhile, the also immediately infatuated MC was already considering turning just to ease their loneliness.

I had to go back to re-read the intro when it was just Cabernet speaking. Them saying "the first time" they met the MC made it sound like they were some time in the future (or finally actually dead and in an afterlife), describing it to a reincarnated MC. Might be reading into it. but usually, if there's a specifically mentioned first time, there's a second time, a third time, etc.

Anyway, I also liked the music, the backgrounds and the color choices for the UI text box (seriously). Thanks for sharing this story!
