What did you revive?
my old poetry and writing. ghosts of my past. myself

Did you use any modifiers? If so which?
early to bed early to rise - finished within 10 days

What was your goal? Did you succeed? Any noteworthy lessons?
i wanted to explore a less linear version of an extremely personal story - all the work i've done so far has been largely pretty railroaded, so i wanted to make a space for the player to wander through my past at their own pace. i think it went pretty well! it's definitely made me more in tune with how to convey information and emotion in tiny tiny pieces

Who all worked on your submission?
just me :)

Did you use any noteworthy assets in your project? If so what?
all contributions are mentioned in-game and on the itch page!

Beautiful <3 very thick emotional atmosphere achieved with writing and minimal art

Smooth flow. I liked seeing the art, exploring, and interacting with all the stories.

This is one of my favorite experiences to date. Some of these pieces I see myself in, and I see myself because only by surviving it can you talk about it, and relate to others about it.

Most people, thankfully, don't get "shook" by some of the imagery here. Some of it "shook" me, for different reasons, but that's life. (The phone log got me, if you were curious) The picture was powerful, but reminded me of how angry I was when I was in my late-teens. Lord, I wish I could have gone back and smacked myself. I was so stupid...

I've lived a long life, still have plenty to go, but man, some of those bumps were awful.....

I'm rambling, but just know I feel something, too. Thank you for sharing this piece of art with us.

<3 absolutely loved this, it's so soft and soulful and so, so well-made.  if i could wish for anything, it would be for this game to be a little longer, just so i could spend more time sharing in your grief, and for there to be more of an exposition to set the context -- but i still loved it regardless.

thank you for sharing this, especially since i can see that it is very personal and must have been emotionally heavy on you to create!

Thank you for taking something that was so sacred and turning it into this beautiful piece of art. I truly have no words left to praise it justly. Please take care of yourself as well <3
