it took me so long to figure out why I kept getting teleported back to the start of the game lol

love to see a chaotic hellscape of colors and shapes

Amazing for a first jam game, I couldn't get past the part with the thin platforms but I love the jibbly world geometry and the shroom guy's run cycle

cool concept and amazing graphics, the room and everything in it is great work for a week

having screenwipes in a jam game is a flex, love the art too

The physics are satisfying and the visual style really comes together.  I like moving around on foot by pressing space

the error messages are really cool, good job

I like the cute spritework and how quickly things get outta hand once the enemies start corrupting

Proper spooky, I like the evangelion vibes and proto-Leto dna

Loved the choice of stories and the way they were told!  I've never seen this kind of variety and experimentation in a bitsy game before, very cool

Love seeing this again!

legitimately was caught off guard by the depth and addictiveness on display here, big shouts out

Beautiful game, I could spend forever just walking around this game world

the enemy sprites really do it for me

Wish I could play it, great music/art/concepts

like watching the sphere float around the map

Best sonic 4  episode yet

I survived

the jump on that eric lecarde is mind blowing

idk what was going on but I loved every minute of it, great to look at and hear and push buttons to

Love the look!  SImple but effective.

I love the character designs and the models, effects, and animations so much!!  Happy this game got submitted in some form.  I wish the combat was a little meatier and that there were more reasons to use the platforming moves during the proper level, but I absolutely loved using the the scythe's platforming capabilities to fuck up enemies like jumping then using whirlwind when I'm about the hit the ground, or using the scythe slam to rise above a group while dealing damage when the scythe hits + when it hits an enemy while returning to me.  So much potential and so many vibes here, love it.

omg thanks!!  I'm glad it really resonated with you, that means a lot!  Honestly I just wanted to stick together the cool artwork I was getting from the team into something that expressed my game design philosophy on a really minimal level, with the stuff like the loop that changes progressively with your actions and the loose quest structure.  I'm planning on making a zette release later this year, and the concepts and themes are definitely coming back!!

Very nice satisfying physicality to every interaction, + the separation between the data and the visualization feels refreshingly minimal.  Set dressing made it feel nice and polished. Thanks for letting me make some real fucked up trees

why the shopkeepers gotta be so bad tho UwU

goes hard actually, I'd listen to this

that palette shader is really poppin off though fr

yeah that art. plants look great too.  movement is a little floaty and the mouse sensitivity could be higher but I like the gameplay concept

Chill game, big lego island vibe, I like the acceleration controls

interesting flight mechanics, took me a while to get it but I like them

Feels insanely complete and polished, also just a killer idea.  Really a treat to look at and a joy & challenge to solve.

Probably because I couldn't get the web player working lol rip, thanks though!

Pretty cool actually, the simple gameplay works and stuff like the gravity wells and the screen wipe effects are so neat

Amazing atmosphere throughout the artwork and the music, fantasizing about this mysterious game

this game is really fuckin brutal and super addictive, I feel like the skill ceiling is really high.  Best way I can describe the vibe is a game I downloaded from the internet for free age 9 and ended up playing for dozens of hours.  Killer presentation too.  Best score I got was 4469.

Cool guys, squeezed a few laughs out of me too.  Would like to see more of this

Cool watermelon sprite

Boss has no defense vs. circle strafing and enemies have no defense vs. standing in the same place and chop'n away.  I actually kinda got into a zone pressing the left mouse button rhythmically and listening to the sound the enemies make when they take damage.

I like the imagery a lot! thank you for capturing, adapting, and sharing it.

I liked the cat on head guys and the skill progression, + the big Pocky & Rocky energy, kinda wish the gameplay overall'd been like twice as fast but that's a taste thing
