What did you revive?
Years ago I had a short story idea I wanted to write about a girl who goes to heaven and fights God to get back her sister who'd died young. I never ended up writing more than the concept and some notes, but when I was looking back through old projects and ideas for this jam I decided to bring it back and make it an interactive fiction.
Did you use any modifiers? If so which?
I wasn't going for any of the modifiers. I may have spent less than ten days on it all together but I didn't keep track.
What was your goal? Did you succeed? Any noteworthy lessons?
My goal was to create a branching narrative with two different perspectives that would be intertwining and occasionally swapping. I learned that something like that requires far more planning ahead than I did to go smoothly - I kept losing the thread and as a result a lot of bits aren't as complex as I ambitiously wanted them to be, and the perspective swapping is very limited. I did learn a lot of neat things about coding in Twine by making this.
Who all worked on your submission?
Just me!
Did you use any noteworthy assets in your project? If so what?
Only Twine and html.

The hyperlink text that reveals extra, or hidden, information works really well. I especially like the extra text unveiled from the "breathtaking" link. It's all very unsettling and makes the story you're reading feel like it's covering some darker, uglier truth. Really great read! I hope you make more in the future.
I love choose your own adventure types. Being able to click the text to gain more information keeps it engaging. Good job!
There are so many awesome moments in this piece. Their refusal to stop looking for each other - I went through several possible endings. Really really good stuff. :)
Thanks for your feedback!! I'm glad you liked it :)
