i found out it is some kind of parkour thing but i don't exactly know what kind so is there anyone that could explain as clearly as possible what it is?

Its a parkour game that uses obstacles throughout the route. Literally that simple, of course you can make further mechanics like checkpoints, speed boosts, etc!
