I am currently considering making a team, however I'm not confident in managing multi-member projects. Being close to the jam start and without strong direction, I know that things can end up becoming a waste of time, and I don't want to do that to others, so this is why I'm posting here to find a person/group that have a strong direction, who are looking for an artist.
