I'm fairly new in joining a game jam so I don't really know what I can do since it's my first time so I want to ask a couple of question so I won't accidentally break a rule or something
1. When can I start making mini animations for the game jam? before the submition or after the submition?
2. Can I make assets for the game before submition?
3. Can I make rough sketches for the designs atleast or rough animation plans(if I can't make the animations, if I can just skip this question)
