This has a really cool premise! Taking a conveyor belt and expanding it out into its own world with its own religions, cults, rumours and factions was inspired. Erring on side of player/GM discretion and creativity rather than overrelying on intricate mechanics was a great idea, and using the number of words to convey a character's strength was a brilliant shorthand to convey information to the player and GM, and very cleverly bridged the gap between game mechanics and game world. Got a feeling this would be a great one to play with people.

This is so neat! As others have said, you have a passion for worldbuilding and confidently weave it into the mechanics and descriptions of your game. Every mechanic has some purpose in the lore created for this game, and it's supplemented with some neat illustrations giving it a very polished and complete feel. I think an in-depth review of this is a little beyond my comprehension without delving deep into the ruleset and giving the game a try, but this looks fantastic! Definitely am coming back to this one and giving it a more in-depth read when I can.

Thanks for submitting In the Bowels of the Decaying Machine to the SCREAM MACHINE jam!

This game seems fantastic! I don't know when I'll get a chance to play it, but after reading through it the rules are intuitive but have a fantastic level of depth to them, which is supplemented by the stellar worldbuilding offered by this system. Very eager to give this a play!

This was such a good and cozy read, the world building has great potential to stand for some great - and hopeless - stories when run. As a solo player it'll remain a read, but it's very evocative and the rules and challenge setting is clear and easy to utilise. Really liked this one!

lots of details and a really sleek layout! this seems like it took a lot of thought, and the artwork is rad. i like the idea of using the tension as a way to make the game more horrific

absolutely love the cool setting and worldbuilding going on here! i think it's also super interesting to have difficulty tied to the number of words in a challenge

definitely makes me want to play around in this world and see what happens

great work!
