I saw pictures of Atari 2600 games on a SECAM TV and I wanted to create something in that style, but I'm unsure of it's resolution. If anyone knows the resolution that would help me out. Thanks

There isn't really a exact resolution on all TV's, however the majority have a aspect ratio of 4:3 which you can scale acordingly.
