A spell fit for a weatherbending caster who manipulates the elements, turning a droplet into a storm & striking down upon their enemies with lightning.

My entry for the 2024 SFAS competition, under the category 'Weatherbender'. The effect details a lightning blast towards an enemy, immobilizing them in place within a static field of lightning and periodically causing damage.
