how do i check a specific enemies hp in sgb? i have tried to do it but i donno how to apperently
Not 100% sure if this is what you're looking for, but:
Edit Game Data -> Battle Events -> Make a New Event -> Battle Information (very right and very bottom option). You'll see an option to get an enemies data like HP and other stats.
i mean like during the battle when the enemies hp is for example 73 than do something like display a message
