Fairly intuitive dodging game and an excellent interpretation of the theme. Collision detection needs some tweaking; sometimes, the game ends even when there seems to be ample distance between the spider and the killing droplet. This is especially apparent when the game freezes at endgame, after the spider hits a droplet on its right side.

Overall, good work. I wasn't able to submit but I hope to see you again in future SHIELD Game Jams.

This one is fun! Nice interpretation of the theme.

Maybe adjust the collision checking function. What I’m also thinking is that you could make the raindrops gradually become faster.

Overall a good game :)

I think the game is fun almost the same like mine, the sprites looks good and blend in with the black background. i tried the game not sure how big is the spider or is it already in 8x8 because i stumbled with one of the rocks and it hit me even thought im a little bit far , but all in all game is fun.

Brownie points for choosing the same nursery rhyme :) Video games where you "dodge" is a great way to practice your game-making chops (that was the same type of game I made for my 2022 submission!).  The collision box of the spider is wee bit too large, you could either a.) Enlarge the sprite of the spider to match the collision box or b.) Adjust the collision box itself. Nevertheless, good job!

Can you check if this is playable in browser? When I filter it by that option the game disappears
