  • I couldn't figure out how to play the game, the instructions said to click a gray tile after clicking a normal tile to tell if the tile was corrupt or not by corrupting the test tile. Either this feature didn't work or the game wasn't able to tell me if it was. I do like the concept, and do understand that development started late. I just feel that there could've been more additions to the UI to tell if the tile was corrupted or if the instructions were clearer.

How does your submission fit the jam's theme?
This is strategic game where we need to find corrupted files and use them to attack your enemy robot

Good:
- One of the most unusual interpretations of the theme I've seen so far
- A level of depth to the gameplay

Bad:
- I was very confused about how to play, and what my goal was. I read the instructions multiple times and still was unsure what sort of strategy I was supposed to use to find tiles that would harm the enemy. It felt like everything was completely random, so I couldn't actually gain an advantage through learning the mechanics

Overall it's great to see that you went with a gameplay centric approach to the jam, but I personally feel like people will have a hard time figuring out how to play

Thanks for the feedback.

Regarding the gameplay I didn't go deep in explanation because creating the strategy is also part of the game.

Still it can be confusing because of the UI , I didn't get much time to work on this game as I joined late.

Also if anyone wants hint for strategy it's basically try to using tester tiles effectively to find the corrupted files faster than AI and send it to them, one thing to note is tester tiles can process files at same time means we can ask a tester file to test all the files at same time and it will be corrupted in 5sec as at least one of the file was corrupted.

Anything more than this will be you need to figure out :)
