Well done on your first game jam! I like the game.. I like the style, the retro 3d vibe is good (I think thats what its called). For improvement I think you could maybe speed up the player animation, it feels a bit disconnected from the movement.. I like that the game is short, sweet, and to the point.. it is very satisfying to finish a game, then move on to the next, in game jam games..
I really like how the character looks, although I don't know if the theme is clear.
