I LOVED this game sm!! The characters have such unique and endearing personality's! and not just the main love interests either. The other characters were/are also very loveable/memorable! The voice acting is by far my favorite thing about Killer Chat! The voice acting is really like "Hm I wonder how this character will sound like-" AND THEN BAM "HOLY THEY WERE NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING THEM TO SOUND LIKE"(I mean this in a positive way btw!!) Throws u off guard at first but you quickly come to love their voices because their just iconic really.
Ronin's crazy laugh is def another fav LITERALLY CHILL yet it had me running laps around my room.one last thing to mention! I adore that your able to customize your mc! from how they look, to their pronouns! (I accidently posted this 2 other times my bad! I deleted it already X_X)hii thank you so much for your lovely comment! i’m glad you liked the voices - we spent a lot of time casting just the right va’s for the actors so i’m happy it comes through! ronin’s crazy laugh is def a highlight of ours hehe ;)

THIS GAME IS GREAT BUT I HAVE QUESTIONS IF SOMEONE CAN ANSWER. I've played Ronin's route twice, one sweet one flirtatious, both endings I've gone for the kiss and both times I get the """bad""" ending T0T pls help
Maybe you slipped up somewhere? Confront Ronin. Make sure to like the bot. Be very public about liking him and be either sarcastic or flirtatious I did both. It also helps to choose the same roles as Ronin and I believe there is a guide posted in the comments of the game for you to check out it helped me :)

The reason why this VN stands out is that the characters feel like real people, from mannerisms and texting/speech patterns to ideology. Silly and scary. All of them feel like the potential secret lives of people you know. The art and voice wrap the plot up in such a pretty package, too. As both a gamer and a VA myself, I just appreciate the attention to detail. You guys rock.

So other than all the stuff that I yapped on the game page, I also wanted to mention that the story itself was also really good!I loved how naturally it felt going into V's route, and how all the other characters still stayed relevant. The overarching plot of "creating your serial killer persona" also stuck around until the end, which helped tie everything together nicely!
If I had to nitpick, there were a few moments I felt like things were a little strange/inconsistent? Mostly to do with lying to V about our real identity. Since there's the option to tell him the truth about who we are before Ronin starts pressuring us to. And I understand it's kinda played like a joke... but it feels a little awkward later when MC is thinking about how hard it's going to be to break the news to him. Cause... we low key already did that?
Another nitpick is that... I don't think this game should be in the BL category. Yes you can be a guy and date a guy, but you don't HAVE to. It's only optional BL. If I were to play a straight woman, I would go this whole game without any BL. And to me... that doesn't really qualify it as a BL game.
When I think of a BL game, I think of a game that focuses on the romance between two male characters, in which both male characters are individual fleshed out characters... When it's a dating sim, the player MC character is a bit more malleable since they're supposed to be the player. Their personality and responses are different depending on who is playing. It's like... how I wouldn't classify Stardew Valley as a BL game even though you can technically be a guy and date another guy. You get me?
Anyway, just wanted to throw my two cents there for a Well Rounded ReviewTM. The game is amazing, and it was super fun to play! The dialogue between the characters was the highlight for me, and I laughed a little too much at their stupid jokes LMAO.
(Also the most horrifying thing is realizing that I also Capitalize Things For Emphasis like Ronin does... and now I have to live with that fact... OTZ.)

everything about this was so cool. the plot was something ive never seen before and i ADORED the gameplay. the voice acting and the art was amazing as well. I cant recommend it more <3

Very good game, with an interesting story, premise, and characters.
This game is amazing! I expected it to be great but it totally exceeded my expectations. Everything are very well designed and the characterisation feel so real, I felt like I talked to a real person.
It's a very immersing experience, down to all the characters customization options and actual expression on the MC sprite. There's a good amount of customization varieties you can make, which was very impressive for a game made in a month.
The VA did a seriously amazing job delivering all the voice lines, this game wouldn’t be that immersing without them doing a damn fine job, so kudo to them!

this was a great submission for Spooktober! The characters were fun, their designs were amazing (Ronin and Angel being my faves) and the chat was as chaotic as expected, I didn’t expect to love Ronin as much as I loved V, but that’s curse of his magnetic, devilish charm! I also love how the good and bad endings were based somewhat in realism which made it even more fun!
