Thank you! I had a lot of fun incorporating the boys from the mini series into this story! And  they are going to appears in the main game too, their roles are actually  pretty important!

Thank you for playing! I'm glad you liked Oliver he is my baby. And yeah the BL is light in this one because it's prequel to a game I'm developing in which the actual romance happens. You can consider this pre-slash or something like that haha.

The story is interesting, the  art style is cute, and the sheer amount of CG was amazingly  impressive,  it's  like practically  a comic book sequence here! The music was fitting  too, everything  was very well put together, this game was great!

Cute game! Both characters looks  very cute and their interaction  very adorable! The monsters design looked very cute too.

This game is amazing! I expected it to be great but it totally exceeded my expectations.  Everything are very well designed and the characterisation feel so real, I felt like I talked to a real person.

It's  a very immersing experience,  down to all the characters customization options  and actual expression on the MC sprite.  There's a good amount of  customization varieties you can make, which was very impressive for a game made in a month.

The VA did a seriously amazing job delivering all the voice lines, this game wouldn’t be that immersing without them doing a damn fine job, so kudo to them!

The character are very cute and I really liked their interaction and chemistry. The voice really fit them, and your scene directions was really good! It turned out to be a lot more different than I expect, but it was great! Looking forward to more!

Thank you, I'm  glad you liked the story!

Oh, that’s good. I downloaded the game first day it came out and forgot to recheck haha.

Love the way this story is presented! Not much is said in the dialog at all but we get some glimpse of this world that is showed subtly in each minigame scene.  The drawing is simple but charming and a stark contrast  to the underlying horror. The ending scene is very well directed  and cinematic,  I liked it a lot.

One thing I would suggest is adding a Renpy hard pause when the ending scene started, and give it enough time for the whole ending to play out. Because otherwise  impatient  player can  accidentally make a double  click and skipped the whole ending  back to main menu.

The story is very cute! Modern Vampire's life is so hard haha. I'm  pretty bad at socializing so Mayu often end up FA or kicked out. Also, tetris is hard...

This is a nice story, actually  a bit heavier than I expect. I totally purposelly chose the "wrong" answer my first playthrough lol, totally difficult  choices for a kid on his first mission.  The characters  looks really cute and I liked it!

This is a very well made game. The way the story get started was very natural, the game has great pace and the art style really fit well with the narrative. I really like how we get to know more of each character as the story progress, including the main  character. The mystery  is intriguing and I look forward to see more of it!

Thank you! And yeah, it’s  hard... :P

What an uniquely cinematic experience, I liked it a lot! It actually  took me several rewatch to get the good ending because I thought i picked the wrong choice the first playthrough and ended up keep picking the other choices the subsequel playthrought. But getting all the extra unlocked was totally worth it!

Thank you! I'm  glad you liked it!

Thank you, I'm  glad you enjoyed the story! Interesting that everyone seem to favour Elias haha.

This game was so well put together ! Everything  looked perfectly fit together, the background,  the characters  and especially  the unique UI. The UI was so interesting  looking that I even played around with it a bit. The story is uniquely told in story telling style, and the voice works really well with the story and art.  The mystery  was confusing at first but the slowly reveal was well done. Everything worked so well together and there's  definitely a lot of attention paid to every details, it was great!

Hey, sorry about that, I have edited that part out from the comment.  As a solo dev myself, I understand  how hard it is to make a game in such a short time frame.  I really liked the game and would like to see more of it, and it's  more like some input to improve the build after the jam ( the jam host allow you to make change to the game build 2 days after it ended, and everyone had been making change already, you don't  need to limit yourself  to the jam period). What I asked was already  answered and I'm  sorry if that came across as complaining.

This is a nice, peaceful read that I need after reading some scary suspenseful entries. The story was well writen, the light VN transition was nicely done. I feel like the choice of using silhouette and patterned sprite suited better with the narrative than actual drawn sprites with visible face. It added a mysterious, dream-like atmosphere which is nice.

The art is so pretty and the transition  in the game looked neat, it's  a feat you was able to get this much done in such a small time window.  Story is intriguing and the characters was pretty fleshed out with fun interaction, I would want to know more about them. Character design was great!

There was several glitches,it seem you are aware of it in the devlog, like the screen freeze black once when Ritsu was asked to do something, I restarted the game and loaded the save and skipped through and it worked. Skipping caused quick menu to disappear sometimes. I also think some video didn't load for me as sometime the scene is black for a while, like when the dialog mentioned that it was raining. I'm  on a low power Windows  laptop though so maybe my laptop was too weak to play this.

Another thing, maybe I'm just spoiled by Renpy,  but not being able to skip past scene transition, and not being able to leave the playing session and return to the main menu during playing can be a quality of life issue, especially  if the player is forgetful and doesn't  save often.

There wasn’t  any indication about the demo end and suddenly I was on the main menu screen with the glitchy effect, that I assumed  I missed something or  it's  a bizarre ddlc setup, so I even replayed it and it restarted from the beginning. Was it really the end or did I miss something?

Last thing, the 1.7 gig download is pretty intimidating for a Visual novel demo, would it be possible  to trim/ compress it down a bit? Players might avoid downloading if the game was too big.

Still, great premise and I liked what I saw so far. Looking forward  to the full game!

Thank you! My game is named "Hardship of a Vampire" for that reason haha, vampire's life is hard. And thank you, I was surprised I was  able to finish all the art and added the cat  at the end haha, it's  something  I added on the last day of the jam and I was lucky it worked without any bug.  >w<

Thank you! I'm  so happy that you find them cute! I really enjoyed writing/ drawing them >w<

Thank you! Elias will likely still  remain mysterious because the main game isn't  finished yet haha. Main game only had more in depth introduction,  but i wrote up a quick intro that kinda summed it up in this game so people can fully understand it xD. I reuse some  characters  in various short stories though, because  they are already  fleshed out and perfect to be side characters.

Intriguing story! The premise was interesting, the boys looks great and seem to have greate chemistry, and the horror was effective.  I was so scared by the first few jump scares that I had been on defensive mode for the rest of the playthrough though, was really taken off guard by the sudden game mechanic. Maybe your could make the timer a bit slower for the first encounter so player can adjust easier, as it took me like 5 times looking at the jump scare to get pass that scene, and by that time I stopped being scared by her haha. It's an effective way to jump scare people though, so it's totally up to you..

I like what I saw so far and hope to see more of the boys!

Played the Android build . The UI, moving sprites and the effects was really cool. Story was interesting and wasn't as scary as I expected ( good for me because I'm a scaredy cat). Also was it just my imagination or there was something meta there?

Thank you, I'm  glad you enjoyed the game! The last scene was a last minute addition but I'm happy how it turned out!

Wow it's a pretty unique player POV to influence the story.! The execution is great and I really felt bad for Evan.  I thought I got a bad ending at first with the main menu change but turned out the second one was even more terrible,  I totally didn't see that coming!

This game was very well designed and the story is very cute! The animation, the graphics and the voice acting was combined together very flawlessly, It did feel like watching a show rather than playing a Renpy game, great job!

BTW I failed to get the internship the first time for being a goody two shoes haha.

Thank you! I just added an Android  build for those who don't  have time to use PC, so if you use Android  you can check that out as well!

I'm glad you think so! I just uploaded the final build with an unlockable menu CG after the game is finished, so if you are interested you can check that out!

Haha same here. I usually write story with only 1 love interest, but in this case I really like both of them equally! I'm glad you enjoyed it!.

What did windows show? Windows usually block people from running uncommon/ unsigned exe files, which is most indie games. in the notification saying Windows blocked application because they couldn't check its origin, It usually had a tiny text link like "learn more" and " run anyway"  that you have to click to be able to play a game by an idie third party.

My game was developed with Renpy, a very popular visual novel engine and I believe that it doesn't have any virus.

Thank you! I'm  glad you liked it :D

I'm  glad you like the boys \o/

The game was so well put together and had so much contents i wouldn't  expect this to have been done in 10 days! The story is nicely presented with unique ways to introduce  bits  and pieces of the case, great work!

I admit that I'm  bad at playing detective and made several wrong arrests though haha.

There was an error caused by chrome update that affected some of my old web build. I will be updating  and replacing them when I have time!

The game was presented nicely with really nice UI. The plot was simple but interesting, and the voice acting was very effective. Poor mc being  given such difficult  choices though.
