nice a little to simple though. i think movable interactable object would have worked well here for visual immersiveness
Totally agree but I am really new to game development so I was struggling with even the most simple thing to do and end up wasting to many hours on things that could have been done quicker and easier such as the camera movement until I discovered that I could have just used cinemachine on Unity. Thanks for playing tho :)
Aw! I've used those same assets lol. Idk if there is something that chases you at the end but the "get out of here" and music were so threatening it was very convincing.
Glad to find the end scene to be convincing that was actually what I had in mind since I wanted to make a game that is scary but does not rely on a "in your face" kind of jumpscare but instead a scary game that relies on more of the atmosphere or sound to make it spooky. Thanks for trying out my game :)
good game! Fits the theme well. The player kinda looks like an elf, so I think that takes away from the spookiness of the game, but the audio is perfect! Great job!
I'd really appreciate it if you could give my game a rating too! :)
Hey! Thanks for checking out my game and for giving me feedback, I do agree that the player kinda takes away from the experience but because I have absolutely no talent in making game assets or art in general I kinda had to make do with what I have :p I will be checking out the games in the game jam submission soon when I have the time :)
thanks! And I totally understand! I usually use pre-made assets because I’m no artist either and sometimes it can be hard to find what you need.
