I did not get hypnotized very well by this and it didn't tell me to do anything other than "Great!" to tell me how good i am at moving the circle but the game looks cool.

Good brain-melter. Excellent work in coaxing this out of PICO-8, and I loved the limited colour palette.

This is a very interesting premise for a game. Unfortunately, I'm not a very good hypnosis subject, so it's hard for me to comment on how well it worked. I felt like I was zoning out a bit, but I started getting impatient for something different to happen, so maybe I wasn't actually that zoned out. X3

At first I just processed abstract shapes (pretty hot) but as the game progressed I realized I was slowly being hypnotized into a deep dissociative state
