music create nice atmosphere get you fueled up and the boss fight Is really cool.
Could be extended in a boss rush kind of game. I didn't mind so much the lack of normal enemy the mines were a nice preparation to get the basic mechanics

I didn't realize how to defeat boss though, I was fighting it for 3 minutes until I realized "whiskers" can be shot off, then I shot them all off but boss was still alive haha.
The beak is the weak point and each tentacle has it's own health. I intended to add a health bar to make it more clear, but time constraints.
I *might* have given it too much health.
took me way too long to figure out the boss lol (for real though, amazing game. nothing appears after the boss?)
The music caught me off guard :D
Would've been nice to have score and some simple enemies.
More enemies were planned, but I spent WAY too much time on the boss. Which is arguably more important.
