@Daniel Mullins: Thank you so much! I'm so glad you noticed the portrait change. I love including little things like that, so I'm pleased that it was subtle, but noticeable enough to still catch your eye!
@Jupiter Hadley: Thank you, I'm so glad you found it interesting! And thanks so much for featuring my entry; I love watching your compilations! c:
Nice graphics, interesting game! I included it in my video compilation of the Public Domain Jam 3, if you'd like to check it out :)
Really nice presentation. Also, I had to go back and double check that my portrait had changed during the conversation with the old lady in the main area; I wasn't even convinced I had seen it. Sneaky because at that point in the conversation you are reading and moving through the messages faster. That was a nice touch!
Thank you for the feedback! I definitely would have liked to go much more "unscripted" and abstract with this game -- having only a handful of working hours made it difficult to flesh out those ideas fully, but that'll be something to work on in the future for sure.
A game about Dorion Grey would definitely be an interesting one. The flavour text and original art was pretty good, it would've been interesting to see something like Dorion Grey go even more 'unscripted' though!
