There is something really poetic about the symmetry of slowly emptying the dice pool to complete a “constructive” task and building up the pool for a “destructive” fuse.
I also really enjoy the way the mechanic leaves you guessing whether this will be the last cycle and then invites you to explain why it wasn’t—I think that’s a neat order for things to happen.
