This sounds cool - I love maps!

This is a brilliant use of physical dice to do more than just roll up tables. Defining space using the dice's landing location is just so clever. This mechanic begs for tons and tons of examples to illustrate the creative results you can generate!

thank you! You're right, I should probably post some examples of a playthrough!

I might be slightly biased by my recent explorations of TotK's Depths, but I love the idea of finding traces of a place's underlying history  👍

thank you! If you're interested in "reading the signs", the main idea came from reading a book called the invisible city, which describes the kinds of details to look out for in real cities. ToTK looks SO good as an exploration game - can't wait to play it with my kids.

Thanks for the tip, I’ll add it to my ever-growing reading list 🤞

And OH  BOY, are you and your kids in for a treat—I wish you lots of fun ^^

Update: Actually, turns out, there are just so many books with this (or a very similar) name, that it seems impossible to pick the one you suggested—you wouldn’t happen to have some more info on like the author, release date or publisher?

haha, it doesn't help I got the title kinda wrong: here's the link! https://99percentinvisible.org/book/

Ooh, excellent. A friend has been trying to get me into the podcast for years now but I hadn’t been aware of the book. Seems like a great place to start 👍
