Oh my gosh, this was fantastic. The layout and visuals looked gorgeous--I would not have guessed this was a self-publishing debut! I loved the characters, especially the extremely tragic trans girl vampire. I want the best for her and I don't think it's possible. I don't even know what the right thing to do about her *is*. Her story feels very familiar and haunting and very, very queer in the sad, and also the. Can I say the hot way? it's a vampire story.

Sorry, that's a tangent. I really loved how you offered three plot hooks--pro-vampire, anti-vampire, and neutral--and some of the feats and backgrounds were super sick. It's just a really fun concept! I love that a huge portion of the town is just. Sex workers, essentially. I love that the hook for helping the trans vampire lady is "give her an excuse to kill someone without feeling as bad about it". OOF. Also, the talk about the ghouls really fascinates me. I'd love to learn more about what they get up to and if there are any ghoul NPCs of note.

I think my only note is that I wasn't totally confident of some of the balance points? One of the archetype feats is effectively an ancestry feat, which is, probably fine? It feels a tidge weak. But there may be precedent. Likewise, the rats feat felt a little overpowered. Imagine combining that with Reactive Strike, so you can just keep Stepping and forcing Reactive Strikes. My initial thought was "make it a sustained effect", so you're having to spend an action each round to keep it going. But I'm not a professional of any kind, so, you know! Grains of salt.

Anyways, I was not disappointed here. Loved this supplement. LOVED it.

Oh, this was *unsettling*. I really really liked the premise, and I liked trying to figure out what the heck the characters *are*. The intro raises so many wonderful, disturbing questions, perfect for the Jam's premise. I may not be into scavenger hunts personally, but I would run this setting in a different system in a heartbeat.

My only issue is that I would have loved a bit more clarity on conflicts. Like, is the information on the item written down? Do you attach stickynotes? I assume you can lie, and that seems to be the sole method of "conflict", right? Is the GM meant to adjudicate violent acts and the sort? Overall there's just a slight lack of clarity, which is totally understandable for a zine. Otherwise, I loved this!

I really liked this little supplement! It presents an unnerving puzzle, sort of an escape room/point-and-click feel as your (presumably) mages investigate the magical mishap. While on its own it doesn't give you a ton of explanation, it is clearly meant for the storyteller to build off of and use to develop a compelling story. I put it at 4 stars because while it's definitely compelling and evocative, and really nicely-written, I did not enjoy the Warm Rat ;-;  a part of me just wanted a little more, something extra to spark the storyteller's imagination. And that may just be a me thing!

(I'm new to rating, so hopefully this isn't an Amazon situation where any rating below a 5 is a downvote.)

The opening line slaps, by the way.

While this zine describes a sort of "subsystem"/guided experience I'm not positive I'll find a place for in my games, it's an incredibly fun read. It's also GORGEOUS. I almost want to knock it down a star for not coming with a more accessible version--I did struggle with the cursive--but the multicolored hand-written nature was also my favorite part of the design. A .txt document would be nice, I think! But obviously it was made under a tight deadline. (I'd be happy to transcribe it if you like!)

By the design, it seems to be very difficult to escape this dream. I really like that. It's mostly just charming, but there's something very unnerving going on here. I might like to stick one of my PF2 players in this game and see how their PC tries to escape. I want to see how it plays out.
