It was cute but so creepy

I love that there's 12 endings, l love multiple endings but most games only make 2 or 3 ending. It was so satisfying to go through them all!!!

On the 10th day eli asks "it's been 14 days already?". Is it something that gets explained in other endings or a mistake?
