Okay, so, very nice! Pretty hard though. And I'd love the character to keep the speed in air... Lot of games make sideways movement the same on ground and in air, I know, but it makes jumping pretty frustrating (for me at least). The art is very nice :) I only think that such vibrant and contrasty background distracts from the actual game elements... Either make backgrounds not so strong, or make the gameplay elements somehow stand out from it, for example making them all black (like in Badland) (and not having black in background). I guess you understand.

Anyway it's great work for 3 hours!

Thank you Quadratic Games!

We will definitely keep that in note in terms of speed. Also, your tip on contrast and gameplay is helpful- will definitely apply it for future Game Jams!

I can tell you're a talented dev. I hate doing parallaxing backgrounds, and yet you just kinda threw them in there as well as smooth camera controls and really decent animation/character designs within a 3 hour time limit. The premise of getting to a point on the stage and making it back to the start after doing so kind of reminded me of Wario Land: Shake It of all things. xD

Very much enjoyed it. Great work!

Thank you for the feedback IcyPenguin!

It was our first gamejam, so we still have a long way to go haha

Oh! I used to play Wario Land on Gameboy color back in the days :p

Visually very stunning result and some nice juicy animation.

I have to say I find your game frustratingly hard, but tbf I'm not all to custom with platformers in general. Anyway easing the player in a bit more would have been a good idea imo.

Just a small thing: your music doesn't loop.

Thank you for the feedback Deylz!

Haha sorry about that! This is our first gamejam so definitely we will keep all the feedbacks into considerations for our next game :p
