When I have time I will make a fixed version. :3
The graphics and the music are pretty spot on. However I think the spawn time for the blocks is way too long, the song looped twice before the third one spawned for me.
Overall I think it is a good idea well executed, just some tuning needed.
oh thought i coded it to be seeded, oops!
Really cool game. I like the music quite a lot. But I was a little confused as to when the loading bars spawned in and I felt like I wasn't doing anything for a little bit. But overall it's a pretty good game.
Yeah, got a little tunnel vision there since i knew what would happen i forgot to plan for people not knowing. I'll try to make it more obvious next time.
It's so cute~
The music, the color palette, even the little particles of the character, It creates a very cozy atmosphere.
Although I think the character jumps a little too high xD
Thanks for the feedback :3
The zoomed out visuals with the light, floaty platforming kind of reminded me of N+, which is always a good thing :)
Loved the palette used, and found that it worked really well with the music you chose to make an almost zen-like state as I waited for the next bar to spawn.
I found that I was often waiting a very long time in between bar sections spawning, without much to be doing in the downtime, but besides that this was an enjoyable experience :)
Nice atmosphere. Fairly simple but there’s nothing wrong with that.
I did find that for me, the bar-parts would often spawn outside of the play area, I think sometimes far enough off that I couldn’t even see them (but often just out of reach behind the rectangular border around the play area). At first I tried to work around it by restarting, but that way I never got past the second one. Then I thought ‘well maybe they didn’t compensate for differing screen resolutions’, so I moved it over to my other window. So I started moving the game back and forth between the two monitors, as the piece would spawn only (and immediately) whenever I moved it to my laptops screen. That way I could finish the game :-)
