I like the game! It felt a little weird not being able to move things around in the chest, made the clear slot flasks seem a little pointless (unless I missed something) but otherwise once I understood what was going on with the combinations I managed to get to 62 points on my 3rd attempt.
I like the puzzle aspect a lot, but gameplay can come off short but it is really fun during that time. wish it was longer honestly, but thats what 3 hours does. great game!
I'm glad to see someone else thought of inventory management for this jam theme! I really like your take on it. Combining items is fun and responsive. I agree with others that number keys would improve the experience.
Part of me wishes you could overwrite a slot's contents if you don't have a matching item, but I do like the strategy of not locking yourself into one type of item. Maybe you could overwrite but at a penalty to your score?

Yeah I've thought of making it so you can combine items that are already in the chest although I had like 20 mins left with no audio in my game. Thanks for the feedback!! :)

I feel the same as Grisgam, selecting the potions with 1-5 would make doing stuff fast be even more satisfying.

Selecting items in the top with 1-5 keys would be a great addition, so the mouse could stay on the playing field (chest) while the left hand ticks items.
