Impressive work - vanilla JS can be hard and it's cool that you used it for this game jam. However, I found it a bit hard to aim the projectiles and felt that there were too many enemies spawning, making the game more difficult than one would hope. Still a solid effort for three hours, that you rival some of the works made with engines shows great craftsmanship and skill.
I think you should ease up on the screen shake. It's pretty headache inducing, also the position of the...lily pad(?) makes it a bit hard to aim for the objects that are further away, also for some reason, not sure if it's just me but the shot feels a bit static upon being, well, shot. The audio is alright but could probably use being a bit quieter and more subtle for this type of game. Overall, for a game made in 3h its pretty solid.
Great aesthetic and fun execution of a solid idea, good job!
