This was a solid submission and im impressed this was done in three hours. There is a great potential for further development of this game. GlerG mentioned below the rotation and toggle physics which I completely agree with and would make the game better.

I completely agree, if I continue working on the game i'll change the rotation as well as make the blocks more stable.

Very cool! I wish that there was a way to manually rotate or toggle physics on objects I'm holding, but given the time limit this is very impressive!
