Nice graphics and cool idea!
For me also the insect menu thing was visible only in full screen mode
I really liked the game! Nice art and audio. It would be nice to be able to see the price of insects when hovering over them.

Good entry for 3 hours.
I loved Plants vs Zombies. Now Ants vs Insects. Good job. On my browser (Firefox, Linux) I had to go to full screen, otherwise the top part of the screen (insect selection) was not visible.
