excellent visuals, obviously there is alot of things you could improve here with more time, but a quick one would be to increase aiming speed, the slow turning made the game feel much slower than i think it should.

Oh wow, this is weird. The browser version is really different from the normal build, as the walls and platelets seem to disappear, and the turning is weird as well. Even after rebuild it seems to not take to it, so i will put up the windows build as well. Weird
I like that everything is flowing along with the blood stream. Not sure what's going on with those "platelets" though. At the beginning, there is a snaking wall and sometimes there is a platelet. But then I end up in a circular loop and no more platelets appear. Turning is very slow. Maybe that's on purpose because the game's too easy otherwise, but I think there are more interesting way to make the game challenging.
