I liked the aesthetic. I couldn't really work out the gameplay though - how do you tell if you should open the door or not? I think the transitions were cool though and the ambiance and sound were nice!

I believe each monster/costume has a tell for whether it's a real monster or just a costume. I figured out the ghost and mummy, but not the vampire/zombie(?).

+1 compliments to the transition effects, they're fun!

I haven't played the games you reference, so this was a fresh experience for me. The spooky character art is well done. I'm a special fan of the pumpkins in the background. What are those two up to? Very suspicious.

Funny concept! I got eaten by the monsters, but without any pain. LOL. I really liked the idea of looking behind the door, and the effects for transitioning from one vision to another are very well done.
