I hope the author of the music piece was Italian! :D Got to 4400 in my second try! I would say I definitely delayed the inevitable! Tbh, I didn't know if I want to save those people, they seemed too passive and were not in a hurry to get away anyway :D

Yeah I found the bug too. If you hold your mouse over the opening, you are pretty much able to catch every piece of lava
