Episode description

Really polished and deep deck-building game you have here!

Visuals and sound effects are effective, and the gameplay is really addictive. Sometimes the UI blocks the numbers/words of the cards, and sometimes a 7 really looks like 1. Besides that, fantastic job!

So, this was pretty awesome.

I loved it.  It was fun, challenging, well balanced, frustrating, silly, all good things.  I honestly don't know any critique I can give.  Was simply excellent overall.  Great job.  Will play again!

I really had fun with this game, and I think it's very well done. I blew through the tutorial/instructions, and didn't really read them, but I was still able to figure out what to do pretty quickly. I really liked how many different types of cards there were, as well as the various types of challenges and being able to choose between multiple rewards. Though, I think that when a reward is a card, being able to see what that card does would be helpful to figure out what reward to pick.

One of the problems I noticed was that the balance seems scaled towards being too difficult. I played the game several times, and although I got close to winning, by the time I got there my opposition was too high. I feel like there's a lot of luck involved in winning, which takes the feel of control from the player. Having the opposition increase a bit lower, having more ways to decrease, or even just decreasing the frequency of that as a punishment would be really helpful. Great game!

Wow this is a really unique and fun game! Takes a while to get the hang of how to really play, but once I got it I couldn't help but just keep playing until I finally could take over the world! So much fun and the deck building and playing card angle was really a really nice take!

Really well done, great job!

Thanks for killing 3 hrs of my time. I managed to win finally after multiple retries. 

Would be good if the discard message didn't block the view as I want to see the card costs before making any discards. The fonts for 1 and 7 also look too similar. 

There might be some slight balancing issues (the sequence of challenges will determine whether you lose or win) and the luck of the draw is certainly high, but on the whole very playable and super fun (5 stars!). Polish this up and I'll certainly buy a mobile game like this as I'm also addicted to deckbuilders.

I'm glad that you enjoyed it.

Discard text blocking costs is something that I hadn't considered, but it's a good point. It can mitigated some by right-clicking to zoom, but that's pretty clunky. I definitely agree with the font problem and I wish I had some more time to get the balancing right.

Very confusing to start, and then once I grasped the idea I felt even more dumb for losing over and over again. ^^; I like the simple interface and the idea behind it though!

I think confusion about the rules has been a common theme. I tried to keep the instructions simple to make them easy to read, but I think adding a more detailed tutorial would be beneficial.
