i can definitely relate to the game. The 'you need to do this' sections are exactly the kind of tiring self-enforcement that I do daily. And half the time my nerves defeat. Very good simulation of that feeling, and done with admirable terseness
As someone who suffers from bipolar disorder and social anxiety, I could relate to this a lot.The use of alternating text for the actions that caused anxiety was a clever way of showing the thoughts an anxious, depressed person typically thinks in those situations.
