Hi Ragnar, I'd like to clear something up regarding the "don't start making the game until the jam starts" thing:

I found out about this jam on the 22nd - so a few days before the start date.
I'd been dabbling with EFPSE previously, so I decided I'd give this jam a go and started a "test project" on that same day, creating a throwaway map in which to experiment with some of EFPSE's more advanced features.

Once the jam started, I began work on the game proper, although I did so within that earlier test project.

In other words, the game I intend to submit has a project start date that took place before the jam started.

To work around this issue, I'm thinking I'll build the game using the "Build Without Packing" option, so if anybody needs to verify the creation dates of the game's core assets, that information is available.

(I'm also thinking of including that test map as an Easter Egg - it'll be clear from playing it that it's absolutely not a part of the core experience.)
