I actually really like this top-down art. Fun constantly zig-zagging around, clicking WASD like a madman avoiding the rapid bullet rains.
Interesting concept, kinda makes me think of how a top down azur lane game would play.
It was really cool, sailing around the map and destroying the vtweeters lol, there's a trick to always move diagonally because it was faster that way (to fix just needs to normalize the direction vector fyi). This game was fun!
Oh yeah, I rushed the move code, so diagonal speed is doubled. It's just be a fun little minigame for the lolz. I'm thinking of refining the concept and making a full fledged original game using that style of gameplay.
