Description of Entry
This is a 2D game made in Godot within 24 hours. The Last Lap fits the theme of burnout by challenging players to push a lazy track star, Wilson, to the finish line before he burns out. Players must spam A and D to build speed and use Spacebar to access energy drinks, which temporarily boost their energy and speed.

I used Godot for the first time, which was nice. All the graphics were created using a mix of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, while Adobe Premiere was used for the audio.

Overall, the game and 24-hour development process focuses on pushing through exhaustion and stress, mirroring the theme of burnout.
