I've participated in NaNoWriMo before but this is the first year I am doing it to complete a visual Novel.
The website used to work better but why not plug into the community for motivation or even connect to local writers in your area. Though, the meet ups will probably be virtual this year, anyway. The website used to list all your writing buddies and their word counts so at a glance you could see who to check on but that dissapeared last year. So, whateves. Happy writing!
