Can i submit a VR game? I only have ideas involving vr

If most people have the means to play it then go ahead. If not then you can still, it just might be harder for people to rate.

Historically, VR get less plays (even if everyone has a headset, it is still a hassle to pull out in many cases) and are less likely to get highly rated. If that doesn't matter to you, go for it!
