Welp! Getting The connection was reset on Chrome.Nevermind, seems to happen with other entries on my machine as well.Anyway,
I think this is one of the most visual pleasing game entries in the jam.
Seems fun, will play later with cousin. Wish you had spent some time on the AI tho.
Awesome game! Colors are great and that post processing (the vignette and the slight curvature) really does a lot!
You need to find a way to avoid ties, though! That can happen very easily at the moment. It's too easy to wall yourself in, run away for ever or just end up in a position with no more bombs. The solution I'd suggest to fix this is: Whoever reaches the center of the map with his safe instantly wins. That will add some additional strategy and avoid most of the tie situations.

In the beginning it wasn't clear that you were supposed to destroy the safe of the other colour. Overall I would say this game fits the theme quite well.

Cool chess-game like concept but it has a few flaws:
1. The board stays the same every time, this is fine with 2 players, but you can easily cheat the AI and win every game.
2. It can be confusing which safe is yours, you can fix this by making the safe a different color than the opponent
Other than that it is a great game!
Thank you for commenting! It is true that you can beat the AI every single time, but game is meant as a 2 player game anyways. Safes are already in different color, but perhaps I should make it more clear.
