Just finished getting all of the current endings and i absolutely loved this game and i cant wait to get to play the other route. your rambling in the extras menu was incredibly interesting to listen to (alot like listening to an actor or director talk about what it was like working on the film) blythes true nature was something that i actually didn't pick up on until i listened to what you said in the extras menu, Over my playthrough i never really figured it out but now it all makes sense (im not good with words so ill put it simply by saying all the puzzle pieces click together incredibly nicely with that last peice and i think blythe as a character was written really well.)
<3 Glad you had fun with the route that’s in there :3
That’s great that you enjoyed listening to my rambling in the extras too :D I never know whether to include that sort of thing cos I’m very awkward at speaking and hate the sound of my voice xD so it’s always kind of painful to record and edit things like that, haha. I’m a huuuuuge fan of stuff like DVD extras though! Bloopers were always my favourite thing to watch after a film, so I always ask if any VAs I work with can keep their bloopers for me to include, haha. But I also love deleted scenes and different people’s commentaries cos I enjoy hearing their thoughts and how stuff was made :3
I’m glad you think all the pieces clicked together well in the end with that last bit of the puzzle ^-^ I always worry when I’m writing stuff that it won’t make much sense xD Cos I confuse myself a lot in the process, haha.
Thanks so much for playing and taking the time to leave a lovely comment :3
Hi I just found this and I loved it, wow. I found all the endings, I'm amazed how much love went into this like how many voice actors are involved and the branching pathways. It felt like a love letter to neurodivergence and the way they insisted that you don't put yourself down felt like you have a hot lifecoach psych haha. A lot of what carried this was the voice acting and I really liked the writing, and the premise is very fun. When they first pitched they're a chip in the brain I was already imagining all the ways this could go, especially if they have some control over your senses AND are tsundere. Terrifying combo! Perfecto, would def buy this game. Any plans to flush it out?
Aww, well that's awesome that you enjoyed playing through it :3 Thanks so much for checking it out and taking the time to leave such a kind comment!
It means a lot that you'd say it felt like a love letter to neurodivergence :3 I've always been somewhat averse to including characters in my projects that are too much like myself or struggling with stuff that's super close to home, but I figured I'd give it a shot this time, haha. Actually, a lot of the stuff Blythe said to Bunny about not putting yourself down and such was pretty much all things various people have said to me over the years x3
Hehe, the chip-in-the-brain thing is a sort of reference to what I was originally going to do with the story for the jam, but it all got too convoluted, so I had to relegate it to the ideas box for the future sometime. It's fun to include little references like that though :D
It also means a lot that you say you'd buy it :3 Even when it's finished, it'll still be free to download or donate here on itch. I probably won't be tampering with orange Blythe's route, but I do plan to eventually update the game with a full route for blue Blythe ^-^ No estimate on when that will be though because I'm waaaaay behind on everything this year due to a bunch of unfortunate stuff. I haven't even been able to begin writing for it yet >.<
<3 Thanks so much for checking it out and I'm so glad you enjoyed it :3 probably gonna take me forever to actually get the other route in there since I always wind up working like a snail outside of game jams, but it'll get there one day x3
Not gonna lie, I was kind of afraid to put some of my own autistic traits into Bunnie because even though I've written stuff in the past where characters have anxiety and/or depression, I've never made them tooooo similar to myself, whereas Bunnie is super similar to me x3 It felt weird to write about things so close to home when that wasn't initially the plan, haha, but it definitely felt kinda cathartic by the end of it all!
Now I'm wondering what it would be like to write stuff while stoned x3 never been stoned in my life cos it's illegal where I live (not that that stops most people, haha), but then I've never had the opportunity! Closest I've gotten is being really drunk and giggly when meeting up with a friend because we don't see each other very often due to distance, and I don't drink much, but when we get together, there's a lot of gin, rum, and card games involved xD
That makes sense! The game reads as being a very personal project with a lot of love put into it. I relate so much to just wishing someone could come and snap the world away. I understand the fear entirely, it's why I don't share much about my own characters
It's legal where I am. I don't drink much since i have issues for self control and id rather be dependant on weed than alchohol

lol, take all the time you need honestly. I'm sure the other route will be just as good whenever it comes out, and I'll be patiently waiting for it XD
