Can we use premade assets if listed(and hopefully not judged) in the game jam? 

If I build a multiplayer game, would the yogs be able to play it? I understand that it might be difficult to get a multiplayer game setup(Dedicated server, connecting direct IP ect)

It's publicly voted, if people can't play it, they probably won't vote for it! Only the top games are being played on the stream!
